Membership Form
Membership in this organization is open to anyone who supports the mission of the organization. Membership shall be granted after the completion and receipt of a membership application and annual dues.
As of January 1, 2008, annual dues for renewals and new memberships shall be $10.00 per person, with renewals due each January.
Each member shall be entitled to one vote in all elections during any membership meeting.
NEW! You can now use your computer to complete the 2012
Membership Form, print it out and mail it to the address on the form
with your $10 membership dues. If you would like to donate an
additional TAX DEDUCTIBLE amount to EMBF, there is also a blank for
that, too! Should you elect to add an additional donation, we
will mail you a tax receipt for your use when you file your 2012
income tax forms.
